For deliveries within Tamil Nadu, you can expect your order to arrive within 3 business days. For orders outside Tamil Nadu, delivery will typically occur within 7 working days (please remember that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
*Note:* For deliveries to the Northern regions, please be aware that the delivery time may extend by an additional 2-3 days.

We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays resulting from natural disasters, strikes, or bank holidays.

Delivery Partner
For shipments within Tamil Nadu, we utilize ST Courier. If ST Courier is unavailable in your area, kindly mention this in the order notes, and we will dispatch your parcel via Indian Post.

For Deliveries Outside Tamil Nadu
Your parcel will be sent using Indian Post.

Our parcels are securely packed, so we kindly request that you record a video of the parcel opening (without pauses or edits) to address any potential issues.

Incorrect Address
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Additional charges for resending the parcel will apply.

We offer free shipping for orders exceeding Rs. 1000 to any location within India. For orders below Rs. 500, shipping charges will be calculated based on weight.

Please be aware that any tracking or shipment-related complaints filed after 30 days from the product dispatch date will not be considered.
